Any cost incurred arising from the absence of all such necessary permissions and permits shall be payable by the hirer and not Inflatable Products.Ĥ. The hirer is responsible for giving notice to or obtaining all necessary permits and performance licenses from any authorities who are or may be concerned and must make an application where required.ģ. If, on the day of the event, the equipment is used for longer than the period agreed before the eventĭate, there will be a charge of £50.00 per hour.ġ. The hirer may arrange a suitable alternative location, however this is at Inflatable Products discretion and further charges may apply.ĩ. If the hirer decides on the day of the event that the equipment is not required for the full hire period, If the event date is changed due to a weather (subject to the date being available) the deposit and/or final payment will transfer to the new date.ħ. Any cancelations made by hirer 48 hours before the event, no payment will be required, although any costs occurred due to the cancellation of the booking will be invoiced to the hirer.Ħ. Where cancelations are made by hirer within 24 hours of the event taking place, full payment will be required.ĥ. Where cancelations are made by hirer within 48 hours of the event taking place, 50% of full hire price will be required.Ĥ. Inflatable Products reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, in this circumstance a full refund will be given within 7 days after the date of the cancelation.ģ.
